I called to book a appointment but I was refused because I left a bad review two years ago . I was shocked to hear that I have been registered for 30 years with them but because I left a bad review I was banned to get dental appointment which I needed so badly due to infection in my wisdom tooth . but when I called they refused to treat me .So it works like this if you leave a bad review you are most likely to be banned . this kind of behavior is unacceptable by any standard . I feel strongly and think of taking this matter further I have written a letter to the local MP as well as my lawyers . I will be taking this matter further for sure they can not discriminate against me .
